The Path from hammersmith to Putney

My local bridge

Hee hee i didnt even no this guy was posing until i looked at the photos later. woops

This is about where i fell over the other day! But lots more roots that i actuallytripped up on! Did not trip up over my own legs or feet! Note- the gravelliny surface which grazed my hands and knees as a skidded like a little netballer on the tarseal : ( Was hilarious - to my house mate when i got home - however very humiliating at the time!
It all starts at my local Hammersmith bridge. Apparently very pretty if i go the other way toward chiswick. Lovely gardens for the big flash houses ( ill do that way soon so you can see the gardens ma).

A great many romantic spots for me and my Gene to have picnics in the 10 pm sun! When he gets here in 2 months and 18 days!!!!!

Toward the Putney Bridge

This dude is painting the scenery, there quite a few doing that - its amazing to stop and watch
This is back on my side of the river in Fuhlam. A running track by day and party central by night. (If im not at the redback)

This is the worst part of the run at this time of year because although so beautiful, there are a million people soaking in the rays and sights, outside the pubs. Even across the street from the pubs drinking on the sidewalk looking out over the river. Lucky there are lots of other runners so it not such a big deal to see me panting by.

Round the bend and back on my side of the river

Almost every time you see blossom trees, and get the urge to go frolick and play in their beauty...... you look a little closer and it will be a cemetry! Very disappointing but very beautiful for those resting.

Wild Kittens Rubik Cube Party!

Our Wild Cats netball and footy club's first social occasion.

So these are the rules......... start night with atleast 6 pieces of clothing. Each one being a different colour of the rubik cube. (Yay Shanel there is no black on the Rubik cube). As the night progresses you must swap clothing in the effort of trying to end up in one colour only. You choose your colour and negotiate all deals. Shopping at primark beforehand for clothes that you dont mind giving away , was not part of the rules, however....... may aswell have been! (Note primark is a cooler version of the warehouse). Profits were up on this particular weekend.

You will notice us girls all the same - safety in numbers means no one gets made fool of.

Rubik Cube Party - The aftermath

Min's flattie Dennis with his skinny legs : )
So we all played the game pretty well! Some of us p layed it a little more sobre than others. And some of us just managed to look absolutely stunning by the end of the night
