One Snowy day in London.....

Road to school and the school field! the kids loved it.


Got out of bed - in the middle of my 15 minute get ready for work routine - "oh brother, whats up brother, BROTHER, whats up brother!" thats my ring tone on my pho ne. I twas Kate.


SHe says - look outside its snowing


i say yay - thinking it that nice sleety stuff that never really cuts the white christmas scenario.


i look outside - crazy! it be snow! lots of it! With mueys message sitting in the front lawn " OH YEA" he was a happy man on his way to work!


Get outside, skip

down the road on snow covered path all the way to Huggles (forgetful kate leaves her things everywhere for me to drop off). HIs flatties were making a snow man in the driveway. Just the first of very many people who were buzzing and smiling all day long!

What is behind this crazy downfall? you and the rest of london ask? Well it was the year anniversay of Zaana JOnes leaving little old NZ and making her way into the big world -this was Londons gift to her on her very special day : )

Brandon was fine walking on the snow, I - not so much - little heavier than the average 6 year old! Not so funny Lisa decides its a paparrazi moment. Didnt love it.....

Only people i know to eat ice cream in -14 temps.

Aarons house is in Pueblo, a country bumpkin place that was away from the main attractions so didi a lot of beautifu lscenic driving around Denver , Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs. Sometimes saw it twice - Aron not so familiar with the tourist attraction routes and lisa and i better teachers than students.

Alot of highways, right hand driving, map reading, and brandon peeing in the back seat into a bottle. hee hee - a break from the highway means an extra risk of getting lost.

aswell as a couple of bars ... but we did still make it out for some sightseeing : )

Aside from being a target of pick pocketers........ Chrissy in Prague was awesome . met so many people, had heaps of fun antics and sang our hearts out. Nearly lost some p[eople in our black out at the pub but the cops let us go. heehee. theres a story for ya!

New Year in Edinburgh

Hogmonay was very much cancelled due to damaging winds and not very nice rain ...... but we managed to party none the less and Mon and me made it to the street party that never was to see the fireworks.
