Partying with the Freshy!!!!!!!

Well she finally arrived! Here we are in London, partying in various locations........
An inner city bar/restaurant
This was our first drinking session to welcome Kate and Monica to London at 2.30 in the afternoon. Fair to say Kate and I were in good form, especially after a couple of bottles of red wine. The waiter dude told us we were big consumers (of food and drink), Jackie (blondie in black) made sure he knew his place when she used the local lingo on him "What ever Minga". He wasnt impressed but still smiled for our photo.

ITN (Teaching agency) drinking fun nightWe started this night started a bit later than the invitation...... we could tell by the crazy drunk people already rocking the dance floor when we walked in. Very entertaining, let me tell you. A few wines later and we were looking just as cool as them! Awesome dancing music and a tribute to Clare with : 'I will walk 500 miles.' I helped Kate scope the talent with an impressive amount of males (for a teaching convention). I am the hunter and she is the gatherer. We make a good team. The night didnt end so great, infact it was a series of unfortunate events. My drink was spiked (as far as we can tell). THe bathroom lady was the only other person who cared, aside from kate. It took alot to get me off the toilet and into a cab. The machine swallowed kates brand new bank card. Our jackets were stolen, or so we thought until we found them i a different place a bit later on. Nearly took home someone elses jacket to compensate but lucky for they were a little larger than the average bear. Kate fell over when getting back in taxi from getting cash on my card. Soon after realised she had left er wallet on the fall along with the 50 quid she had withdrawn to pay for the taxi. managed to get into the taxi fine when she did it for the second time. Finally got home and slept in freezing house cos the heat not working. BUT the night before midnight was very fun, didnt meet very many people but were entertained none the less. The view from walkabout by the river was awesome, unfortunately we decided to wait till the end of the night for photo opps. Needless to say those photos never eventauated : (

This is my first experience in an english pub. Chesca (in photo) and Steph took me for lunch. I tried a sip of their warm beer and went with a coke. Very cute with that old TAB type cologne (citris beer spiked with a smokey undertone). I have since been back to an english local, for the cheap meals and cosy decor.
